hi all need some help im folowing the instruction but using the latest version of joomla but im stuck here:

d2. Now we will create needed positions for this template’s modules. Please create new positions (user10, search, gallery, slideshow, ja-news, newslight, ja-qj) like below:

i cant find this anywhere on joomla please help cheers

You will see like this:
