I just signed up for a membership and am having some issues. First for some reason I am unable to download any new extensions (I am trying to get the icon JA commercial extension) but it keeps giving me:

theroguegroup, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else’s post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Secondly,

I downloaded Ja Labra and trying to get the flow list module to display images I want. I can’t find directions on how to choose which pictures will be used in the Flowlist module at the top of the screen. More specifically, the user guide on how to do this operation is for another version of Joomla (I am running 1.5.4) and I do not have the options displayed in the tutorial.

Can somone please help me out with these two situations. Thank you.
