I am completely new to Joombla & etc.
However, I am very technical.
I just purchased the JAIntranet template.

Do I start with installing JAbuilder?
Then just add extensions?

JA Builder is a component that helps you to create the page very easily.
If you want to use site like you can see in the demo of JA Intranet (without commercial extension)
You can download the quickstart package and install it with help of this documentation.
if you want to use JA builder you can install the JA Builder package and create the site.
