January 19, 2010 at 1:03 pm #147781Hi,
This plg_jausersetting tool works great in Firefox, but in IE7 it’s a total disaster! It’s all broken up.
If you go here – http://www.xtremeopensource.org/test3/ with both browsers, you’ll see what I mean.
I have the module set for 3 column display, in IE7 if you open the tool and check all the boxes, click save and you’ll get like 6 columns in the first row, 2 columns in the second and so on.
You may see in the demo too. In the World section – when I add the other 3 categories I get a blank space right under the 3 default ones in IE7.
Another thing…these tool settings should also be included in the backend. What if someone wants all or certain categories to display by default. Can’t be done unless you hack the code.

January 21, 2010 at 7:30 pm #329999Here are two screenshots of my problem:
In Firefox – screenshot_ff_357.png all looks good, no problems there. The Section is Deportes and right under it you can see all the checkboxes with their corresponding Categories, all visible.
Right underneath that, you see the other Categories, 3 columns and all align perfectly.
But in IE7 – screenshot_ie_7.png it looks really, really bad.
Again the Section is Deportes and right under you’ll see all the checkboxes, however the 3 on the far right only the checkboxes are visible, the Category names have disappeared.
Right underneath it I don’t see 3 columns, I have 6 columns and further down it turns into a 2 column layout. Some of the images are all chopped up. This is a real mess!
See the screenshots below. Isn’t anyone having this same issue, or is it just me???

January 22, 2010 at 5:06 pm #330064Hello,
I am going to keep bumping this post until I get an answer or I want my money back!
I did NOT spend $70 USD to sit here and waste my time. This is very disappointing.
I just missed a deadline, so thank you for that!
If you people can’t offer the right support, if you don’t test you products then make it OPEN SOURCE and I won’t complain.

January 25, 2010 at 2:24 am #330251Hello guy!
I think here is the solution for you:
Please add these codes into the template.css file:#ja-zin .ja-zincontent {
height:230px !important;
}Good luck

January 25, 2010 at 3:40 am #330261Hi, I’m having awful problems with IE7 and IE8.
This is the site we are building – http://www.xtremeopensource.org/test3/index.php
In Firefox all is well, but in both Explorers they just freeze up. I’m suspecting it’s a server issue but won’t know that until I get a chance to test it on another server.

January 28, 2010 at 4:11 am #330681Hello guy!
Here is the solution for you:
Please open the file: /templates/ja_teline_iii/css/template.css and try to find code at line 778:
.ja-box { padding-top: 10px; padding-bottom: 10px; }You replace by:
.ja-box { padding-top: 10px; padding-bottom: 10px; width:100% }good luck
