Where could be the problem?

Submitted an item with ja_submit and then published it on the frontpage at the ja_news modul.
Why is it under the tabs too?

I cant see anything that is duplicated or under the tabs

If u click on the news then there is the article in the mainbody and also under the tabs. i have iexplorer 6.0 sp2

Yes i submitted the article with ja_submit from joomlart.com
