Newsflash background does not keep up when usig horizontal scrollbar, after window is first resized
To reproduce the error, have a look at this homepage http://www.sde-eu.se/Test/index.php

1. Stand on frontage where the blue newsflash section is visible
2. Have window maximized
3. Click middle button up to the right, to make the window not maximized
4. Drag the window to make it some bit smaller
4. Then use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom and navigate to the right of the page.
You then see the issue. The background of the newsflash section is cut of and leaves the image hanging loose. It is cut of as much as you had the window made when making it smaller.

I have tested this with IE7 and Firefox 3.0.13, same issue in both.

Resizing the window makes the newsflash section to be cut of, when scrolling with horizontal scroll bar.
