Is there any way to move the “sign up for Newsletter” section below the “what’s new” section at the bottom of the cell phone version?

You can follow the solution to apply on your site

+ Go to Admin site -> Template Manager -> Ja_Techzone – English -> Layout -> Responsive Layout -> Extra Small and set footer-1 and footer-2 like my screenshot

I applied it on Ja_Techzone – English template style on your site and you can apply it into other templates on your site.
