Hello. This has never happened before. I am using the new JA Brisk template for Joomla 3.1. I can’t get any articles to publish, no matter how I configure the menu item. I created a featured article and hooked it up to “Home.” Nothing. I created some test menu items and hooked them up to category blogs. Again, nothing. I have checked all my global settings and nothing jumps out. The articles, yes, are all published and properly categorized. Could there be some twists and turns because I installed the template as Quick Start? Can’t for the life of my figure out what I’m missing.

    Hi

I switched your default layout on the one named DEFAULT before was assigned a layout named Frontpage that has no position for content but only modules positions

    Please check

Great, that was the problem, many thanks! But… the reason I created the “frontpage” layout was to put the slideshow above the header. If I still want to use that layout, how do I put in position for content? Is it possible for simply clone “default” rename it and then assign it to pages selectively? That’s what I thought I was doing.

Thanks, I did look at the Wiki page. I think I’m going to love the new T3; just takes a while to get used to.
