Please share an url to your website otherwise we cannot see what is realy happening , would be better if you will share also a temp super user account for your backend so we can apply changes if needed to solve your problems, posting it as private reply only admins and moderators can see it .

If I properly understand you changed the module position to one I didn’t try. What files did you change?

I added folder mod_jamasshead in folder/templates/ja_magz_II/html and assigned masthead position from layout manager in your backend.

Please can you explain how to assign masthead as a position, from backend template layout manager?

I think knowing how to make ‘masthead’ a module position might solve several issues that I am working on

I overrided module ja_masshead in/templates/ja_magz_II/html/ folder then i assigned masthead position from layout manager in backend.
