i
i have the latest version of ja comment on joomla 1.7 but its not working on IE and all i see i is the word “Udefined “
I searched the forum for simular issues and did everything i find like changing the code:” $_document = new JDocument(); $charset = $_document->getCharset();” but its dident help.

I tested your site on IE 7, 8, 9 and didn’t see any problem. The comment list was showed normally.

Did you clear all your cache (Joomla cache or T3 cache, browser cache)?

I checked with guest user and registered user on IE 7, 8, 9 and comment form is always displayed.

Which IE version did you use?

Providing solution is not a problem, but we are not able to reproduce the error. You also did not answer Nhat question above, “which IE version are you using”?

Hello monimono,

I used IE 7, 8, 9 on Windows 7. And I can see and post comment in JA Comment form normally using the login details you PMed to me before. Here is my “test comment” post http://www.limorfridman.co.il/מתכונים/100-secret-cure-for-deadly-stress-taking-the-team-approach#jacommentid:11

Maybe you installed some add-ons on your IE browser, and it prevented JA Comment from displaying.
