I installed quick start, but after compltion when I load site, I get following error:
No configuration file found and no installation code available. Exiting…

I checked the files, and didnot find config.php file

I saw the bug: JFolder::create: Could not create directory
now, you try to set permission 777 for images folder folder and tmp folder , and set permission 755 for the media fodler . and then you check this issue again

I tried doing as you said, but still the problem.
