Joomla 1.5.15
JaLime – Downloaded today.

First I am having issues with the cPanel. There is no tab.
I can load a mod in the login position but it just stays open.

Second and a bit odd if you ask me. I cannot access my template files through my ftp.
There is not folder in /templates/ja_lime/.
But
I can select it as the default and modify css through joomla. Whats up with that?:confused:

Dear ckka,

It would be odd to say that the folder is missing in ftp but you can edit the css via backend. You must be checking the wrong directory.

At the same time follow the Support Guidelines and update your post with site login info. So that we can have a look.

I am pretty sure I am not checking the wrong directory. It is the same directory as my previous template and all the ja mods loaded in the same directory. I agree it is odd. very.
I did read the support guideline, sorry I didn’t think it would be necessary to share all that information. But I guess it is…I will request a support ticket to give you all the login info.

I contacted my host to see if they could help because yes all the mos loaded fine and I could see them.
It was a permissions error.
