    Hello,
    I open this new topic because I have new problem: I configurated Job Board with “Approvation” of Administrator when new resumes are inserted (in Forms Customization), but I didn’t receive e-mails.
    Probably I did misconfiguration (?), can someone help me?

    Hello Andrea,

    When a new Job Seeker has registered, then only one email is sent to admin said that a new user is created, no email notice Admin needs to approve Resume. It’s because Jobseeker and Resume account go together so when Jobseeker account is approved, Resume account will be approved as well.

    Thanks for your reply Luna.
    Now I didn’t understand, in Form Customization, the field “Approvation”. I thought that was Approvation (by Admin) for the resume.
    If I want the Resume approvation (by Admin + e-mail when new Resume is inserted), how can I do?
    I’m a bit shocked that option there isn’t by default.

    Yes, in Form Customization, the field “Approvation” is for admin, and only show in Backend.

    But as I said before, no email is sent to Admin notifying for the Resume Approvation

    This feature is missing in our JA Jobboard, I have raised this new issue to our system, and it’ll be added to next version. You can keep track of its status at : http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAJBJ25-332

    Thanks for answer me Luna, you’re very gentle. Ok, so the Approvation works, the feature that is missing is the “new resume inserted” e-mail notification.
    The feature will be added in the next version – that’s a good news, I hope it will be out soon!

    EDIT: How can I set “Automatic Approvation” of resumes and “Admin Approvation”?

    In order to set “Admin Approvation”, just go to Joomla User Manager >> Option, then set New User Account Activation to None (http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/793/3868962240.png). By this, user account will be auto activated in Joomla.

    For “Automatic Approvation” of resumes, go to JobBoard >> Subscription and Permission >> Subscriptions >> Chọn Subscriptions of JobSeeker, open and change Require Approved to No capture

    I have a new doubt/question: what is “Approved” field (and function) on Resume Form? http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/4645/y0t5.png (you can find it in Design and Customization > Forms customization, it’s a System Field)
    About the update: can you give me a release date? (estimated)

    “Approved” field is a field displaying in the backend for administration which means admin agreed thatthe resume is published or not.

    At this time, we’re working on re-designing the Jobboard system and there’s so many things in progress to continue developing so the exact release date is not fixed yet.
