I have done all steps for multilingual and followed video instruction ecc. but I can not see the flags in languageswitcherload.

In this template, there is a module named Language Switcher in languageswitcherload position, did you enable it?

You should have a menu for each language, currrently, I see that you have only one for the English, please try to follow this tips for more info
