Which code did you insert to embed media? I have viewed source code of site but couldn’t found it.

This is a very common issue when using Joomla!
It appears as though you were trying to embed the code DIRECTLY into a Joomla article.
This usually results in the code being stripped away when saved.

You need to use any of a number of plugins available to assist in placing video.
The following article should help, or just Google “embed video Joomla” and you should find all sorts of ideas and plugins.
