Please check some informations as following:
1) in the template’s configuration, which menu type did you choose?
2) With menu type choosed, it has any menu items ?

i have the mega menu chosen and you can see the details in the pic below

I believe these were the defaults that came with the quickstart install

OK, what I did, was to make a new Home menu item. Still a mystery as to why the other one didn’t show up

I know this is an old thread, but for anyone searching this was likely caused by clicking the home menu item in the menu manager, and then navigating to Parameters (JA Extended), and selecting “Show title: YES”. Seleting NO seems to hide the home link from the menu.

It’s totally right, the menu is still loaded without title but there’s a html markup. 🙂
