How can I in the time of publishing text (Article: created date) to remove out hour and minute see picture? Thank you!

Dear ristovic !

You can remove them following way below :
Open en-GB.ini file in languageen-GB folder, find following code line at about line 11 :

DATE_FORMAT_LC2=%A, %d %B %Y %H:%M

change to :

DATE_FORMAT_LC2=%A, %d %B %Y
