Hi

That is a module type banner published in footer-banner position , you should be sure that it is assigned to your home page too , check from page assignments

I changed the announcements name “Footer Home Banner” to “Dr. Paula Footer-Banner“.
I do not like how assigned to different Themen.
Teline V is new to me. I pray bear with me.
