No matter what image I select for a contact I get the red x. Any ideas or thoughts?

Hi,

Try check the image folder, have you uploaded those images to the folder. Sometimes it does happen.

Be sure to give your image folders correct permissions.

I had this problem with JA Teline II before…

I’ve got the same problem. No image in contacts, no matter what I do.

I would have hoped that with a new template, support would have responded sooner, but apparently this doesn’t rank high enough. Disappointing for sure.
