Hi there everyone

I have a problem since the beggining but only now its feeling weird, when i share any link from my website on facebook no images appear, even if i place pictures inside the article, not even the intro image can be read by facebook, but all the others social networks are able to do so as google+ and pinterest.

What am i doing wrong?

Facebook may cache your site’s old information, please try to use Facebook debug tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug, just paste URL of your page there and hit the debug button and you will see the report in detail then.

I done what u recomended Saguaros but no explicit information was given it was stated that it wasnt possible to retrieve information of that URL and does not say what it is needed to do to be able to read that information, this is becomming a very inportant issue to me, i dont knowe if this template related or joomla related or sometinh else related…

Can anyone point a direction please, sorry for the insistance but when i use the facebook degugger on my site (http://www.colegioddinis.pt) it only says facebook graph API cant read the saite, but it does not say why, or what to do to fix it.

Facebook can’t connect to your server, if you try the response echo at https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.colegioddinis.pt%2Fcdd%2F , you will see that they don’t get any page back from the server. Please try to contact your server/hosting for help.

Thanks for your reply, its not a problem regarding server/hosting, i have 2 other parked domains and 1 subdomain and in either 3 all is working fine.

I also disabled all plugins and modules that could cause some imcompatibilities, only the template is missing and once it has to do with the og tags i tought that there is something i could do template wise.

There is no one elese using JA university with this problem?

Does anyone have a solution?

Please try to install a 3rd party plugin in Joomla extension directory which helps to create open graph tags for facebook sharing.
