Hello,

how can I do for making to appear the images in the module ja-contentslide?
In the module’s note I read this <check in your configuration in your site if there isn’t this line “var $absolute_path by ‘your absulute path’;” you have to add its there to run>
Concern the config.php file?

Now the images appear, but not resize it.
This is website under costruction http://www.framar1981.it
The block is “Rubriche movimentate di recente”….someone can help me please?

Dear framar!
Go to Administrator -> Module Manager -> mod_ja_contentslide
– You can edit Height of image and Width of image in Module Parameters
OR/AND
– edit Thumbnail Mode, Resize With The Ratio in Advanced Parameters

in the module parameters I have write: height of div 180 width of div 210

height of image 90 widht of image 190

in advanced settings: include mootools library “yes”

thumbnail mode “using crop”

resize with the ratio “yes”

but the result is what it seen……where is my error?:((

Maybe the old resized images are still in the resized folder use ftp to access the images/resize folder and delete all contents, then refresh your browser cache and see if they now display correctly?

Just let me confirm your problem is . . . your images do display, but are not resizing to your settings?

I have made a screenshot of the default settings in Selini for you to follow. please set your settings the same and we’ll see how that affects your images. If there is no effect, we can continue to troubleshoot from a known configuration.

without having administrator access etc I cannot make changes experiment with your settings and see how it affects teh images. I am NOT a ja staff member so I will not ask for access, but I do suggest you raise a support ticket and give JA staff administrator access. I’m sure they can fix it easily once they can see your administrator side of the site

Was there a solution to this problem? Im having the same issue. Deleting the images in the resized folder didnt do anything. It just repopulated the folders with the specified without resizing the images on refreshing the page. My settings are the same as above.
