I created my shop using a modified beez5 template called vmbeez5 from the folks at Virtuemart and everything works out fine. I then sought, and found, a more attractive template (JA Vintas) and have been connecting modules to the appropriate places in the template but I’m stuck. My products don’t show under my Category pages.
When I go to Shop and then select a category I am supposed to see the associated products displayed in their individual little boxes. Instead I get nothing. A little poking around and I find that in the VM Product Category configuration module there’s a drop down box that lets me choose a template for my categories but I don’t have a JA Vintas option in the list. I have the option of choosing any other installed template I have except JA Vintas. If I set this value to the vmbeez5 template I do see my products so I know I’m on the right track.
Can you help me?

November 2, 2015 at 7:41 am #720959Hi,
I checked and saw that your site’s using Virtuemart version 3.0.11 which is not available for JA Vintas template (only support VirtueMart 2.x).
But you can set JA Vintas as default template of your site via Back-end > Extensions > Templates
and in VM component’s configuration, set to use Joomla default template for VM as below screenshot:
Now, you can run JA Vintas template with Virtuemart component latest version.
Regards
