Hi Joomla Art Guys,

I know that the subject of how to add Joomla Frontpage support to this template has been addressed in a previous thread. My question is more general template direction.

Is Joomlart planning on not supporting Joomla Frontpage functionality in its future templates? If so, I hope that you reconsider the decision. Not supporting Joomla Frontpage functionality makes your template much harder to use out of the box for the average Joomla user. I also don’t like having to completely re-design my websites just to accomodate your templates. To be quite frank, the more proprietary structure you implement in the templates, the less desirable I find them to use.

Instead of working against Joomla Standards, it would be great if Joomlart would support and enhance the existing standards.

I have run into the same issues. Now, you can manually set frontpage support in the code, but it would be most efficient if JA created an option setting in the template parameters.
