    Hi

    I am trying out JABuilder.

    problem 1: I tried to create a new layout first. Despite the documentation, there was no button/option to choose in my installation. So I created a new page.

    problem 2: After creating the new page, I created a menu item to point to it. I placed that item on the main menu. However I was not able to see this menu item, when I was testing the website. What could I be doing wrong?

    problem 3: On the other hand, half the menu options, when I click on them, point to this new page I made. It is a mess. (I had initially installed purity quickstart). EDIT: I was able to fix this one when I disabled the menu item, the page I built AND finally made purity the default style again.

    I am pretty sure I am doing something wrong. But I cannot find what it is.

    Hi @bobptz,

    Problem 1: documentation is updated, the latest version has no layout management panel as we want to make the workflow simple and the layout is not really useful so we decided to remove it. Now, just create new page and edit.

    Problem 2: I think what you did is correct, could you please pm me your site info, I want to take a look on the back-end.

    Problem 3: What Purity version you are using? For this, I may need to check your site back-end to figure out the issues.

    Regards.

    Hi

    I added the login info on the original post. Could not find how to PM you.

    I downloaded Purity 1.8 yesterday, so it should be the latest.

    @bobptz,
    If you want integration Builder into a T3 template, you need follow instruction in "Integrates into T3 Framework site" section of JA Builder Document.

    I also create a page which using JA Builder template on your site. Hope you enjoy the Builder Tool.

    Hello

    If you go to the page jtest/index.php/bbtest, you will notice many errors. I don;t know where those came from.

    I do like the purity III template. Do I need it? Can I do the same (similar) pages just with JA builder, using the JA builder template?
