Hi, I clicked on the demo builder tab for the JA University template so that I could give it a try to see if the template suited my needs but unfortunately I haven’t received any login details to access the admin area. I have tried it a couple of times now with no success. Front end is http://2af34ab746a7074e.builder.joomlart.com/

What was within the email you received that provided you with the link to the demo site?

When you are on the demo page (http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_university) there’s a tab on the left for the demo builder and once you have entered your email address, the page diverts to the demo version (http://2af34ab746a7074e.builder.joomlart.com/) but no email for admin login has appeared. I have tried it a couple of times now.

Try again – and make sure you’re entering your correct email address.

Also make sure the email isn’t being diverted to your spam folder.

Hi Tom, re-tried with two separate email addresses and still no email – nothing in spam folders either…

There was a problem with our demo builder a few days ago, thus you were not able to receive the backend info. However this has been fixed now, please try to build JA University demo again at: http://builder.joomlart.com/
