Hello

The contact form in my onepage template doesnt send any mail. My url is http://www.jurri.dk

I have searched about the problem and I can’t find any configuration that correct the problem… 🙂

Hi

I receive a sendmail error from your website contact form

Try to switch to php mail from your Server Tab if this doesn’t solve your issue then would be better to open a ticket at your hosting manteiner support asking for a solution

I received this answer:

You may first contact Joomla support in order to check your plugin. We can only provide you the correct settings to use for your php mail. Kindly take note of these settings:
Mail Host: mailout.one.com
Port: 25
Authentication: None/False
Security: None/False
Username: <email account of your domain e.g. info@mydomain.com>
Password: <password of your email account>

I went to Global Configuration -> Server -> Mail Settings -> Mailer: (I choose) SMTP…and typed the rest of the information above…

But it still not working…When I press “send mail” bottom i get directed from my front page jurri.dk too jurri.dk/# ?? Does that mean anything special?

You need to check the following :

1) Check mail function mail on your hosting is ready to send mail

2) The config in contact form

3) Check the config in global configuration system

Nothing is really working – I have tried to check the config. in contact form, and the settings there are allright. Regarding the settings in global configuration system, I have tried to with these settings below, without any luck?

I did help you to config from Mail Settings of Global Configuration in Admin site. Now you can send test and check mail: webdesigner@yourdomain. Let me know it helps
