November 10, 2014 at 2:11 pm #202599Hello,
we use twitter with Ja Social Feed Plugin, but it is impossible to have more than 140 characters…!
Of course we have change the “maximum lenght” (to 2000), but nothing is changing…
So some urls are broken because of that…What can we do to fix this ?
Regard.

@mbabker and @dbhurley this is the answer from the Italian Community: they all use Joomla! 3 and they love it!
tweet 2 inside JA Social Feed :
RT @chiaraAliotta: @mbabker and @dbhurley this is the answer from the Italian Community: they all use Joomla! 3 and they love it! http://t.…(and of course the tiny URL is broken)
So what can we do to fix it ?

Hello, in case of importing data from Twitter, we do not cut content that return from feed, the setting “Intro Text Limit” is not affected with Twitter post (as you can see in its tooltip)
So, the text is seem cut in the feed that twitter return, and it has no way to get full text now.I do hope that you understand about this case
