I’ve installed JA Xenia II Shopping Edition on my Joomla! but the index page has NO news on it after specifying category ID’s in the JA News module.

The headline rolling fuction doesn’t seem to work on my site (see: http://www.panda-greatwall.com)

and two more question:

1. How to remove the horizontal menu (same as main menu) on top of the JA Header Module?? These menus are redundant, repeating my Main Menu!!!

2.where is the source file (PSD) for the logos? I only found the logo in blue in the Xenia source PSD folder.

please help, really confused 🙁

1: Disable the module positioned in top menu position
2: This can be found in seperate layers/folders in the layers palette of photoshop.

sorry, disable what module? there’s no module positioned in top menu position in my Joomla.

another question I mentioned is: JA News module doesn’t show any news after I specify the category ID at the back end. any ideas??

HI gwang81,
JA Xenia II Shopping Edition top position is defaults is main menu. if you want to remove you can do with 2 way here:
1: You can hack index.php file and revome code call main menu there.
2: You can disable the main menu and create a new menu like main menu ( or copy main menu module ) and put its on left position, publish its. ( You should try this way )

and the other question is JA News doesn’t show any new? can you tell me which category ID at the back end are you specify? Is that a content category?
