Hi Guys,
I greet you to ask for your help, I have a problem with my template “Ja Teline IV” … When I create a new menu and open the corresponding module in the Module Manager not showing me the advanced settings, it tells me “no parameters for this module”
Please help to solve it,
Regards and best wishes.

November 11, 2011 at 10:14 pm #424284I couldn’t understand your problem, but I can say that if you can’t see module parametres and it seems that it’s abnormal, then you installed wrong extension for wrong Joomla version.
November 11, 2011 at 10:52 pm #424291Thanks Konen,
In other words, the problem is that when I create a new menu using the Menu Manager and add items there, this should automatically generate a module with the same name of the module. For example if I create a menu with the name “menu such as” it must also be used as module and should be accessible through the module manager. So the problem is right there when I open the module does not show me any parameters, just tells me “There are no parameters for this module “….. Then when I try to create a new menu module type parameters not showing me.
You can reinstall the “mod_mainmenu” which is where the problem is?
I hope I have explained better, Greetings

This is not correct are two different things menu and modules
you must create a module type menu and then assign to it your menu ( this is in the joomla core nothing to do with the template )
If you tell me what you want obtain i can be more helpful
Regards
November 16, 2011 at 2:41 am #424818Hello, thanks for your kind response.
The problem is that no module of type “mod_mainmenu” show advanced settings, whether it is created automatically when you add a new menu or as You said when the Manager module adds a new one and then relates menu.
In any menu module parameters are advanced.
