Hi

I want to know if there is any trick to make that a web built with t3 framework and blank template,acts responsive with all browsers except for internet explorer 8 and older versions of this.I try this deleting this code:

but modules still act in a responsive way.

@encyc,

Responsive template only detects the screen size and displays appropriate blocks/grids in accordance with this size, not based on the browser’s type. You would confirm the same with default Joomla template.
