Dear, I lost my patience 🙂
I just got a membership for the template’s last nite and tried few of the tellini templates( III v1, III v2, IV)/.
First with the vers III’s recieve fout message already , tht requires JAT3 plugin it says. there are everywhere written about JAt3 on your web site, but it seems very messy to understand wht I should be exactly doing to recover the fout. I tried few things didnt work out. I thn downloaded ver IV a whole so called stabile package, took all the effort of creating a new joomla onmy server instead using the one i already have, two times i installed tht new whole version, however, still no sucess, i see only an empty screen on administrator page… while there are 49 tables create during the installation…
My point is that, I go nowhere by downloading and trying to install, I think the site & release management at your web site should be far better thn wht it is now. all seems chaotic. a member I guess ll not contunie, trial& error procecedure continously in order to get one good running template or Joomla version or a combi of both at same time…
I certainly lot my patient after being busy too many hours still no success, while with Joomla it is known as it is easy as it can…
Also would like to mentino that I try to login at member-area, but after a succesfol login, it puts me back to un-logged situation again, so it is re-cycling :)…
So, is there anyone who can help me out? and just tell me what is the easiest way of having a template running?
I have tried to make a ticket for my problem, however coz I had to fill a Captcha that was not showing up on the web site, i couldnt, so, i guess I have to thn bother you guys here…. 🙂
    Thank you in advance
ps: I have several joomla web sites running, so this is not my first time 🙂

    greetings

    Hello Sir,

Please provide a link to your website and a temporarily created Joomla! admin account (via support ticket) so we can have a look.

    Regards,
    Danny
