    How is the support system out here. It’s been more then a day i.e.almost 30 hours but no support even though i posted the incident in the forums as well as posted a ticket. I have wasted a day trying to fix the issues by myself and was able to fix some issues by myself, but no support is forthcoming yet. :((

    Normally, each question from both forum here & ticket system (http://support.joomlart.com/) will be checked within 24 hours since the date of question raising up.

    I have double tracked down and could see that you have one ticket created yesterday (ticket ID# VKC-246-65535) and our support staff, Sherlock Holmes has already replied you. Pls check and feel free to get back if your issue still persists. He also is following up your issue posted in the most recent threads. I.e: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/firefox-14-issue/

    Pls point me out the exact ticket ID / thread which have not been helpful for instant check and help ?
