Hi,

I’m testing the JA Mesolite II and the thumbnails not showing. On the slider and Featured products.

Hosting: Godaddy.com

-> GD is installed as per goddady support.
-> Fresh install using the quickstart package.

It appears the script is trying to resize the images but is not able to actually write them. This is almost certainly down to permission problems. I’ll have to check to see whee they should be written to but it is usually a resized folder in the storied folder. Try setting your images folder and all sub folders/files to CHMOD 777 using your ftp app (make sure you tick the recursive box).

Thank you for the quick reply. I tried setting the component folder and its files to CHMOD 777, but still getting the same issue.

Not the component folder, the images folder.

Still not working. Images folder are set to 777.
