After downloading JA Telline II the thumbnails (lovely cat and Hyunday) were visible.
But I uploaded a new video and now the thumbnails are not visible.

I found no useful answer on this Forum. Hopely someone can help me,

Firstly, please make sure that none of images is missing after being uploaded to the live site; Secondly, you set permission 777 for the images folder and clear all files in the cache foder ,and then check this issue again

You can see my problem on the site http://www.test.katlijk.nl

The thumbnails are uploaded: /data/vhost/katlijk.nl/public_html/test/images/stories/videos/thumbnail ; (see attachment).

I set the permissions on 777 and what happpenend than was that the ‘loading circle’ was continuous visible.

I set the permissions back om 755 (thumbnails 644) and now I see the arrow (no thumbnail). When I click on it, the video is visible.

I do not understand your advise ‘clear all files in the cachfolder’

I hope you can understand my English-written.
