After a page refresh i get these thumbnail results an i dont know how to solve this problem.

Because ordering on JA Popup plugin is loading before JAT3 framework. I helped you to re-order it. Please check it on your site let me know the result.

Just updated a few Joomlart plugins and my site does the same again, can you explain what you did so i can fix this myself?

You need to check ordering of plugins in the Plugin Manager :

<blockquote>System – JA Tabs
System – JA Popup
JA T3 Framework</blockquote>

The above is the correct ordering.
