I installed the template only on an existing 1.0.15 site.

There is not top menu system

How do I add the menu to the top like it is in the demo.

I cannot do the quickstart because, as i said, it is an existing site

its a demo site

I used an existing site, joomlapacked it and then install it on this domain on a subfolder so i could build it out

I’ve built so many of these I no long start from scratch, i just take existing sites and then change the logo, template and and or take away content and compontents. it saves so much time 🙂

Hi mj1256 !
Please open ja_vars_1.0x.php file in templates/ja_teline_ii folder, find following code :


$_params->set('menutype','magazine');


change to :


$_params->set('menutype','mainmenu');
