When I aplly on a job and want to add a resume I can’t do this because I get an error page. See pictures.

Yes SEF is enabled. You can have a look here, I am still working on the system so not everything is as it has to be.

Yes, because the link is wrong and it caused the error.

nl/nl/component/jajobboard/jajobs/jaview/1-test-vacature
should be
nl/component/jajobboard/jajobs/jaview/1-test-vacature

Could pm me your ftp, admin account then i can have a closer look.
