Hi all

once aigan i need your help, I had JA Noirte installed on my joomla installation for some reason i had to remove it and re install i dont remember why. And now when i want to install it gives an error pleas help ive uploaded an image off the problem.

We can not reproduce it and need to check the site. Please raise a support ticket and give complete site access including FTP. SO that someone can have a look and help you out.

Im sorry but im not going to do that last time i gave someone access to my backend i lost my whole site, and its not the site its the template because it also doenst work @ an other joomla site.

Hi,

which version of joomla are you using? and the other think that might be the problem is the server, are you on linux or windows with Plesk?

None of the JA Staff work without taking backup. Besides, if you lose the whole site by installing the template, then it doesnot make sense.

Well, then there is nothing we can help you with, if we do not get to see the issue. Though will try to install JA Norite on my site.

JA Norite installs and installs well, without any errors. Something is wrong on your end and since, we dont have access and you do not wish to be helped with this, not sure how to solve this for you.

You can try to upload the template folder to the Your_site/templates << folder and move the language file from the root of the template folder to the Your_SIte/languages/en-GB folder.

That might help.

Still, we want to help you and you can PM me your site login and i shall install it for you, atleast we will know of the errors.

I am afraid we can not do much in such cases.
