April 2, 2012 at 2:02 pm #175680In the source code of my website I can see links to non existing pages:
<link href="/vissendatabase/zeewater?format=feed&type=rss" rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="RSS 2.0" />
<link href="/vissendatabase/zeewater?format=feed&type=atom" rel="alternate" type="application/atom+xml" title="Atom 1.0" />
<link href="http://www.hobbykwekers.nl/component/search/?Itemid=211&format=opensearch" rel="search" title="Zoek Hobbykwekers" type="application/opensearchdescription+xml" />These pages do not exist?? This happens on all of my pages, resulting in a lot of Google crawl errors.
I assume these links are created by the template? How to either remove the links or make them work?

Have you tried simply removing the link references?(be sure to back up your info before trying this – just in case)

April 2, 2012 at 7:18 pm #446948Found it! Not related to the template at all….:-*
When creating a Joomla menu, the standard option for:
Integration Options – Show Feedlink – is set to show. If you don’t publish a syndication feeds module, the links don’t work. Sorry for bothering you. Been looking at this for hours……your words about what are they suppose to link to set me on the right path!
edit: why do I find these things always after asking for help….I sometimes feel like a complete idiot…
