I am a complete newbie to Joomla and have read some of the tutorials but after several attempts am becoming frustrated at not being able to install the JA Teline template.

Within the admin console, I have followed this procedure:
– selected Install new template
– upload package file (the zipped Teline Quick Start folder) re-named ‘jte’ and with the htaccess file deleted (this was recommended in another post – I have tried installation with and without the htaccess)

The error message I get is: ‘Failed to move uploaded file to /media directory.’

I would appreciate any assistance. I run a non-profit organization and this is going to be our news website. In the event that I cannot upload the template – I would appreciate any offers from seasoned Joolma users to install the template on our behalf, even for a small fee.

Make sure that the appropriate folders are chmoded to 777
