You should edit article “Osijek city guide” and remove all the style to the text coming from a copy and past you did
If you want to not have external style like the one you have now , when you make a copy and past you should first past your content into a text editor like notepad , then copy again cleaned text into your article
Now it has a lot of external html code

Your question has more than one answer , so maybe you can clarify what exactly you want to obtain
In a category, articles are ordered by a series of predefined options ( date , Id , author , title , date , etc etc )
If you want to show these articles for example in a category blog page you can choose from the menu item how to order articles in the blog page
If you choose for example to show articles from category order then you can move them up and down changing order as showed below

I would like that the first category is Osijek with article Osijek city guide, second is one other city, third is other city, etc…
My last question was how to make Osijek city guide a main article?

The module Top Places is showing articles for your category Top Places this category has the various city subcategories
