Hi,

My subscription is active for templates club. But when I am trying to download any file, it takes me to checkout page.

Can you please check this.

Hello

You can try to logout clean your browser cache then login again to access download page , if this doesn’t help try to reset your password.

@alumnivv If you tried to download the template by clicking GET IT NOW button then it wouldn’t work.
You need to access the downloads from the official area at https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/ .
