Hi,

I have been trying to change logo from image to text, change slogan and remove T3 logo, but simply cannot get it working. After I click “Apply”, it says “Successfully saved data! Successfully saved the default profile” But there is actually no difference! I even tried to clean the Cache, change permission for param.ini. I urgently need to have it done. Can anyone help?

How did u do it? Did you change anything? Or does it have anything to do with browser? I’m using Chrome

the first one i used FF now i’ve tried with Chrome and works fine too

maybe an old version of browsers ?

I’m using Chrome 12.0.742.100. In fact I think I tried FF and IE as well, with no success. I simply enter the text, click “Apply”. Did u do anything special? Please help to change Logo text to “Alex & Carol” and Slogan is the Chinese text “婚姻生活. 妈妈宝宝. 子女教育”. Thanks

Hi

I have seen you have an old version of the JaT3 Framework plugin 1.2.3, the last release of the plugin is the 1.2.8

Update this plugin to the 1.2.8

this will solve your issue

Just noticed the logo has been changed back to image?

the plugin came from the quickstart package. just now i clicked “update” and it said a few paths not set or not found…

Can you simply help me change the text and font size for the time being as I urgently need it done. I’ll figure out how to update the plugin later on.

Hi

The field Logo text doesn’t accept special character like & Alex & Carol must be Alex and Carol for work

Now it works

So you mean it’s because of the special character “&” that’s causing the problem? Is it considered a bug?

Hi

I’m not sure if this is a bug, because with the latest version of the Ja T3 plugin it works fine

for this reason before i have suggest you to install the latest Ja T3 plugin

Anyway i’ll make other test with other templates to verify if there really is a bug
