Hi,
I tried to use the hotspot module, but is not able to change the image under setting|marker control. No response at the select button.
Joomla 3.8.3

This look like z-index style issue on your site.
Try this
Open /administrator/templates/isis/css/template.cs

add this code at end of file

.form-horizontal .control-group {
    z-index: 999;
}

I applied the changes directly to your site in admin template.
Kindly check the image upload in the module. It’s working fine.

Hi, Thanks, I think I had a browser problem. I use Crome and firefox with no Luck, but IE works.

Glad it works for you.
I added the changes in the same files as i suggested in this thread, We will add style code if the issue found.
At this time the module is not updated for Joomla 3.8.3, maybe that is the reason you have this issue.
