Hello,

update

EDIT: I installed joomla 1,7 and it seems that I am able to make changes to mega menu through Menu Manager: Edit Menu Item and Parameters Ja Extended. But the [ ] (brackets) do not work as described here Any ideas?

Are you trying to get the text under the main menu title?

Parameters JA Extended – Add Description is where you can put your text and check Show Title.
