Hi,

I just installed JA Teline iv 1.7.
I used the quick install and uploaded the sample database.
it went apparently well (no error message) but not all menus or categories are accessible.
for instance:
http://www.respect-practices.be/index.php/health/health-news/what-ails-you

(in the menu “Health” sub-menu “What ails you” of the website http://www.respect-practices.be)

I thought the quickstart installation was intalling everything to be able to run as the demo version. is there a need to install other plugin/modules… on top of the quickstart pack?

Hi,
No there is no need to install anything else on QuickStart to run as the demo version! If you disable SEF from Global Configuration this issue will be solved!
OR
You can rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess and check SEF again!

Please report back if you are still facing issues with this!

I suppressed the SEF option, and it works well.
I also tried to keep the SEF option on and to modify the htaccess by including the SEF paragraph of the original htaccess.txt (without changing the # signs as you indicated simply to replace the htaccess files), but then I have some error again (not sure it is linked to SEF? but I will explore further).
Thanks already for the SEF indication.
