Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.
what I do wrong ?

Just kidding haha, but erm.. you do still need to insert some tokens. Within “JoomArt Extensions Manager”, click on “Service Managers”, there you will see local services & joomlart updates. You most likely have been here and set joomlart updates as default. Now click on edit then enter your Joomlart account login info =) That’s the token.

Still have a question, when I try to update the ja_wall I get the message “Processing. Please wait…” and do’nt go any futher with the update. Server problem ? or something else is what i want to know .Hope you can help me again , the tokens I understood 🙂

October 15, 2012 at 1:17 pm #470136Hmm… you know, in order for that updater to work properly, the old installation file & new installation file needs to be present. That is why the local option is there. If you are using joomlart as the gateway then it can only check for ja plugins or ja templates rather than 3rd party plugins =)
But if you are trying to update ja plugins / ja templates and you get this error message then its a problem.
