January 5, 2013 at 6:07 am #183658First i took a developer license and used couple of templates and the next year i did not use at least new template (my customers like icetheme and rocket theme templates) and now when i come to check down a template my account is cancelled, so a developer should keep paying you guys all their life just keep up for the old templates.
I dont want new templates or modules at-least from Joomlart I should be able to access the services i have paid for. because there is no point in upgrading your license as none of the templates suit customers requirements, I think JA mesolite is the last good template. i might be wrong but none of customers like them as well.. I have told you earlier also about template being simple.
Best Wishes.

Hi Ravi,
As i see your account, you subscribed to our JATC 1 year standard membership which expired on 25th Dec 2012. You also seem to have subscribed as developer membership which expired 6 aug 2011.
Your account was not cancelled, its a subscription based service for a certain period, in your case it was 1 year membership and it was bound to expire at the end of period. You are free to use the installed templates / extensions on your site but for access to downloads and support, you will need to renew your subscription, its all pretty clear in the terms of use and at the signup page.

January 7, 2013 at 7:15 am #478663Hello Arvind.
That is the basic problem, There is no point in buying a developer license for that matter any license with your company as the technology changes the templates will get updated and we are forced to buy the membership.
Now the pity is I have to keep buying your license every year for keeping up the old templates. I have already told you none of my customers liked at least one template after ja mesolite.
You say my account is not cancelled yes but can you say what access do i have after login .. I think it is fair for you guys to give us access to the old templates i mean for the templates for which I have paid for.

January 7, 2013 at 11:47 am #478719While i understand your point, you also need to understand that these are membership based subscription with a stipulated period of access, these are not life time membership plans.
What you are asking is not fair for the team which spends 1000’s of man hour in bug fixing / upgrades / version releases / maintenance of all the active products.
Hope you understand, regarding your JA mesolite template, i can give you the last version which was available when your membership was active via email and if you are using the templates for your customers then you should be charging them or ask them to renew / purchase membership to avail access to latest version / support.
Regards
Arvind
