OK, I installed the quickstart package including Teline IV but the tables are not installing properly. Specifically, no records appear in the jos_core_acl_aro_sections which means no one can log in except the user created during install. Once added manually via myphpadmin, I can log in but there a LOTS of other problems including not able to upload images via the K2 item editor and errors with the NewPro module. Which leads me to believe there are other table errors lurking around.
The host has hundreds of Joomla sites on multiple servers, although none with Joomlart templates, K2 or T3 Framework. I’ve had the host do a clean install twice with the same results. He does run PHP under Apache and not as a CGI module. Not sure if this is a problem or not. Whatever the problem, it is very frustrating for me.

I have raised the issue to our developers and they would be checking it.
1) with user issue : Check my screenshot and see if you have this in your database table.

The problem is happening on the Front-End? if possible provide us some screenshots on this.
3) errors with the NewPro module: << please provide us detail information whether, you are having issues with saving config or its appearance on the font-end

Also it would help if you could provide the PHP version because i had a problem same as yours on one of my customers websites and it was a 5.1.x some version PHP that was making all the trouble. So provide us with version so i can try to mimic the problem on my test platform.
