Hey there!
I’ve bought a template a year ago or so. I wanted to read the forum of that template right now, because there is a bug with IE8 and I don’t want to look at it myself, but when I try to open the forum I don’t see the post – members only!

It would be nice if people that bought templates and are currently not in the membership plan have for example read only permissions to these forums.

When you pay for your membership you are paying for the use of the forum for the period of your membership, To continue to get support on your template or to receive any of the new templates you must renew your membership.

A simple well worded google search would find the answer to your problem

It would be nice if we can at least read those forums. You could think on this.
We will not be able to write, but will be able to read – this is all I want(only for the forum of the template I bought).

Good to hear that you solved it, if not you could send an email using the contact us link at top of the site, where you attach the payment id, email you registered with and username at the forum and explain your problem.
